RevClick Ops Automation

RevClick Ops Automation is an internal operations application used by RevClick Marketing to securely connect authorized business accounts and automate marketing reporting and account-management workflows.

The application is used only by RevClick personnel and by authorized users of the marketing accounts they manage. It does not provide a consumer-facing service and is not used to sell, share, or publish personal information.

What the application does

With the account holder's authorization, RevClick Ops Automation may access Google services needed to:

• retrieve advertising performance and account data for client reporting;
• manage Google Ads campaigns, budgets, ads, and related account settings;
• retrieve Google Business Profile performance and review data for client reporting and response workflows; and
• retrieve other authorized Google business data used to operate reporting dashboards and internal marketing systems.

Access is limited to the Google account and the Google business resources that the authorizing user is already permitted to access. RevClick uses this access only to provide marketing operations and reporting services for its own business and authorized clients.

Data handling

RevClick does not sell Google user data. Data received through Google APIs is used only for the workflows described above and is protected using access controls appropriate to internal business systems.
