9. Google API Services (RevClick Ops Automation)

RevClick Ops Automation is RevClick’s internal application for connecting Google accounts that RevClick personnel and authorized clients choose to connect. With the account holder’s authorization, it accesses Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Business Profile and related Google data. RevClick uses that access only to provide marketing reporting and to manage the account holder’s campaigns and listings.

• Data accessed: account, campaign, performance, product and listing data that the authorizing user can already access. We do not request access to Gmail content, contacts or other unrelated personal data through this application.
• Use: used only for the reporting and account-management workflows the account holder requested. Never sold, never used for advertising to individuals, and never used to train generalized AI models.
• Sharing: not shared with third parties, except service providers needed to operate these workflows, or as required by law.
• Storage and retention: stored in access-controlled internal systems, kept only as long as needed for the requested work, and deleted when the work ends or on request.
• Revoking access: account holders can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email team@revclickmarketing.com to have their data deleted.
• Limited Use: RevClick Ops Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Amazon Selling Partner API (RevClick Seller Connector)

RevClick Seller Connector is RevClick’s reporting application for Amazon sellers. With the authorization of a seller’s primary Seller Central user, it reads data from that seller’s account through the Amazon Selling Partner API.

• Data accessed: the seller’s own sales, order totals, inventory, fees, settlements, pricing, catalog and Brand Analytics data. We do not request buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information about Amazon customers.
• Use: used only to provide reporting and marketing analysis to the seller who authorized the connection. Never sold, never shared with other sellers, and never used to train generalized AI models.
• Sharing: not shared with third parties, except service providers needed to store and process the reports, or as required by law.
• Security: transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in access-controlled systems, with access limited to the RevClick personnel working on that seller’s account. API credentials are kept in an encrypted credential store, never in source code.
• Retention and deletion: kept only as long as needed for the reporting the seller requested. When a seller disconnects the application or ends their engagement, we stop collecting data and delete it within 30 days, or sooner on request.
• Incidents: if we discover a security incident affecting Amazon data, we notify Amazon and the affected seller as Amazon’s Data Protection Policy requires.
• Revoking access: sellers can disconnect at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps, or email team@revclickmarketing.com to have their data deleted.
